He currently serves as Executive Director of Growth and Development at Loyal Source, where he focuses on expanding growth strategy, strengthening market positioning, and building high-impact partnerships across government, healthcare, and international sectors. Throughout his career spanning senior roles in the U.S. Government, global humanitarian operations, and federal market expansion, Gil has remained focused on executing projects that create lasting value.

Beyond his executive work, Gil is a voiceover artist and professional speaker known for delivering messages with warmth, wisdom, and impact. His communication style was shaped during his service in the U.S. Navy, where he served as a platform instructor and radio personality. He later became known for guiding audiences through high-pressure environments with confidence and calm delivery.

His personal journey includes his transition from military service and recovery from a spinal injury to an Executive Director impacts his work as a speaker and advocate. He regularly speaks on leadership, resilience, veteran transition, and personal accountability. He expertly connects with audiences through authenticity, lived experience, and professional communication skills.

Outside of his professional and creative work, Gil runs a Ranch in North Carolina, a personal passion that reflects his grounded approach to leading by example.
